“Harry Fultz” Community College ( HFCC) provides continuous education through quality vocational programs realized via modern technology able to cover the current increasing demand of the community.
HFCC serves as a linking bridge between the community, the business and vocational education institutions and actively responds to the “need for change” of the community playing an important role in the socio- economic development of the country.
The main objective of the HFCC is the provision of continuous education for professional, cultural, economic and social growth. HFCC was first established in March 1995. It offers training courses for individuals, companies, government and non-government organizations with ready made programs but also with specific programs tailored as per their request (known as tailor made courses). Such courses ,worth mentioning are those organized this year for companies and organizations like : Telekom, Bank of Albania, Albtelekom, Vodafone, Societe Generale Albania Bank, FM Suprem, RMSA, IOM, etc.
From October 2000 onward HFCC is a member of the “American Association of Community Colleges”, an organization that supports HFCC to reach high levels of education , compatible with similar American colleges , members of this Association.
HFCC already equipped with world standard modern technology and infrastructure provides training courses in the fields of information technology , business, foreign languages and applied technics. In February 2006 HFCC was licensed as an International Test Centre from the ETS (Education Testing Service).
At the end of the training courses or programs HFCC students are issued a certificate or diploma recognized by the Ministry of Economy.
